Oral Magnesium
 Natural Calm “tea” in powdered magnesium citrate, one of the most common oral forms of magnesium. It’s made by Peter Gillham’s Natural Vitality. Anyone who does not have symptoms of diarrhea can take it. If you get a slight laxative effect with it, just space out your doses. Or you can mix your magnesium powder in your drinking water and sip throughout the day. If you get the laxative effect in spite of all that, take magnesium mentioned in #2,3,4, below.

 Jigsaw Magnesium w/SRT (sustained release technology) is a capsule form of magnesium with less laxative effects than magnesium citrate.
This product was formulated by Patrick Sullivan Sr. as a result of his healing journey. The company is run by Patrick Sullivan Jr.
Magnesium Oil
 Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil is a supersaturated magnesium chloride in water. When rubbed on the skin, it bypasses the intestines and is absorbed into the tissues of the body. It also stimulates DHEA production that occurs in the skin. This magnesium oil is tested to be free of mercury and heavy metals.
It may sting a bit at full strength. Feel free to dilute it with distilled water or body lotion. It makes an excellent massage oil and also comes as a gel.
Coconut Health Products
 Tropical Traditions is my first choice for coconut oil as well a range of coconut oil skin care products, dental products, hair products and food products including organic coconut peanut butter! Angstrom Minerals
 This is a completely non-laxative form of magnesium. These liquid minerals are angstrom-sized and absorbed directly into our cells where they are needed. The mineral channels that allow minerals into our cells are 4-5 angstrom diameter.
Most minerals are thousands of times bigger than that. Therefore they are not absorbed at the cellular level. Angstrom minerals are 100% absorbed at the cellular level making them 10 times better absorbed than standard minerals. My current product recommendation is in the link above.
 Grown By Nature Supplements
Grown By Nature describes their vitamins and minerals as being "re-natured." This means that a concentrated form of a vitamin or mineral is "fed" into a food medium in which that nutrient would normally be found. The complex then undergoes a "growth" process which results in that vitamin or mineral being integrated to become one with the food matrix in the same way as it would be found naturally.

Kids Natural Calm Multi
Currently only one company produces a great supplement for kids.  Is a natural and safe antibiotic. Its minute particle size allows it to freely enter our cells where it is able to act against foreign invaders. Sovereign Silver is found in most health food stores. It is better absorbed than colloidal silver products.
Probiotics
 Prescript Assist from LL's Magnetic Clay is a soil-based bacteria with properties that far surpass Lactobacillus or Bifidobacteria.

Digestive Enzymes
 Essential Blend Digestive Enzymes by Jigsaw. This product contains plant enzymes that help digest proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. If you are on a gluten- or casein-free diet, they help digest gluten and casein usually hidden in foods eaten in restaurants.
LL’s Magnetic Clay
 This product is a sodium bentonite clay for external use. The company has elaborate instructions for doing these baths using a pound of clay, which you can do…but it's way too complicated and uses too much clay and can clog up the drain. Which means you have to collect the clay after your bath and throw it in the garbage. Instead, simply blend up ½ to 1 cup of clay in your blender with lots of water and pour that into your footbath or tub. Soak for 30 min and shower off. Do a bath or footbath at least three times a week. You can do more if you have time. For internal detox, use LL’s calcium bentonite clay called Edible Clay (it’s high in magnesium).
Water Filtration
IonWays Athena. I've looked into water filtration on an off over the years and seen alkaline water filters in action. Recently a friend in LA, Dr. Galina Migalko, demonstrated the alkaline water filter she uses. She also said that many municipalities are now using chloramines in their water--a chlorine product that most filters don't address. So, I finally got an alkaline water filter. The first thing I noticed was that I sleep through the night without getting up to use the bathroom! And that's HUGE in my opinion. It meant to me that the alkaline water is more hydrating to my cells and tissues and not just running through me. Dr. Katz Ozonator
 Ozonate water for complete sterilization. Ozonate for 10 minutes —then wait 5 minutes until you drink, rinse, or gargle with it. Ozone is about 10 times more soluble in water than oxygen. Used initially in dental surgery and most recently in the United Kingdom for a variety of in-office therapies, it improves the local oxygen supply and inhibits bacteria. Ozonated water is also used in the treatment of periodontal disease.
