Exactly What I Get...
After payment has been processed Dr. Dean's office will contact me to arrange a time (or times if I am booking multiple appointments) to meet on the telephone. If I live in Canada, the United States or Mexico, Dr. Dean will call me and cover the long distance charges. If I live outside of North America I will be expected to call Dr. Dean at the appointed time and pay for all long distance charges. We can also meet on Skype. I will have Dr. Dean's undivided attention for the full-length of the consultation. She will answer my questions and provide me with a customized program specific to my case For first-time clients the first consult hour covers prep time, reading files sent and emailing a summary after the consult.
Medical Disclaimer
I understand that Dr. Dean does not treat medical conditions but supports the body in maintaining health through nutrition and wellness advice as a dietician-nutritionist. I take full responsibility for any diet and health changes that I make. I also understand that Dr. Dean does not make medical diagnoses or offer medical treatment or prescribe medication; that service must be rendered by my family doctor or medical specialist.

Payment will be processed on a secure server with PayPal— a global leader in online payment solutions with more than 153,000 accounts worldwide in over 194 markets and 24 currencies. The company was was founded in 1998 and was acquired by eBay in 2002. In the address bar on the next page the letter "s" follows the letters "http" indicating that PayPal uses a secure page (e.g. https://paypal.net).
Payment Methods
PayPal allows you to pay through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without sharing financial information. You can also order over the phone by calling (808) 633-4036 and leaving your credit card information on the secure voice mail system.
